At Velaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
